No money, beautiful clothes

I have always been that girl with very limited spending money yet with a great love for clothes, makeup and anything to do with fashion and 'the latest trends' as it were.
Clothing in the main high-street retail shops are incredibly over priced- £30 for a blouse that wont last one season before it becomes out a fashion and something more desiring catches your eye.
Despite seeing these beautiful clothes every time you walk into town many young teenage girls do not have this sort of money to spend on one item of clothing.
I understand that these high-street shops need to make a profit but isn't this going over board? With the shops gaining probably something along the lines of 100% profit can they not afford just to reduce the price slightly?
I hate being the girl that loves fashion and clothes and never being able to afford anything. My wardrobe is very limited and sparse I have no doubt that if I had enough extra money to spend on clothes my style would be completely different to what I go out and wear today and I'm sure many girls feel the same.
I think that if these stores reduced their prices by even just the slightest amount they would have an increased amount of sales. More people would be able to afford more clothes meaning that surely these retail stores would have a rise in earnings.
These ridiculous prices need to stop.
